Gary Bello

Mr. Bello has spent the past 30 years developing people, improving productivity and promoting quality on a worldwide basis with his experience in manufacturing, engineering and executive management. Mr. Bello spent 10 years at Clark Equipment Company, where he served as CEO of Clark Material Handling, a $600 million division with locations in Germany, South Korea, Brazil, Australia and the United States. Mr. Bello was instrumental in converting a $60 million loss into a $40 million annual gain during his tenure. Prior to Clark, Mr. Bello spent over 14 years as an executive at General Motors where his last assignment was as General Plant Manager of the Indianapolis operations of the Detroit Diesel Allison division, a $1 billion, 7,000 employee, multiple plant site. Since 1993, Mr. Bello has been involved in entrepreneurial activities, including investing, managing and consulting. Mr. Bello holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Management Science from Stanford University.

John Sawyer

Mr. Sawyer is an advisor to Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm with over $25 billion in assets under management.  Mr. Sawyer works with the Cerberus operations team to improve portfolio company performance.  He is also a principal of the law firm Sawyer & Glancy, PLLC, headquartered in Lexington, KY. He has over 24 years experience in corporate law as a transactional lawyer specializing in bank financing, venture capital, bankruptcy and workouts. Mr. Sawyer practiced with the law firm Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC from 1978 to 1997, becoming a partner in 1988. He has vast experience in corporate finance, and has had extensive involvement in raising debt and equity and structuring venture capital investments. In addition, Mr. Sawyer has specific experience representing automotive manufacturers and automotive supply companies in the above areas. Mr. Sawyer holds dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Advertising from Indiana University and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky law school.
